Sometimes I come to this place because they make really good sandwiches. As a rule, he waits a little for the sandwiches to arrive, but it is also normal because the right time must be given to prepare them. Yesterday, however, the wait was in my opinion exaggerated, we entered the restaurant at 9 pm and shortly after we ordered some fried food and sandwiches, at 10.45 pm we had already eaten the fried food for a while and there was no trace of the sandwiches, then I went down to the counter to find out what had happened to complaining about the waiting times. In the meantime, the sandwiches have been served to us and after a while the owner of the restaurant arrives and informs me in an unreasonable tone that she has respected the order of the orders and has not favored other people, even if my complaint did not concern this. I think that if a manager of a restaurant receives criticism, he must work in such a way as to improve on certain aspects and should not go up to the customers to give explanations in this way. Having said that, I don't think I'm going back, I'm sorry because the sandwiches are really good and they are a strong point for the place, but I think that customers should be treated properly.

There are no better sandwiches, it is impossible to find the same ones, waiting times a bit long but it is really worth it.

Beautiful yes, but not very spacious ... The atmosphere or the music is missing ... Something is missing ... We talk about wolves, we talk about a den ... And we are near a forest ... The food is excellent nothing to say ... One day I will make a video to post on youtube 💚
