Palazzetti Per Te

We bought a BBQ (wood) last year and we are very dissatisfied with purchase and service. On the initial BBQ the paint came off on the outside and also on the inside where food was cooking. Spoke to salesperson who agreed to exchange for another. The second BBQ that we were given was not exactly brand new. It has touchups etc... So far we have only used it once to grill fish therefore have not experienced paint problems yet.

DO NOT be deceived by the good presence of stoves and staff available locally. Inadequate after-sales service, ignore the real problem and send private technicians without solving. Totally negative experience with Palazzetti pellet stove. I thought this company put the customer at the center. Oh yes, in the family it's not the first stove! NOT RECOMMENDED. Only angry, phone calls and phone calls without solutions, going around the problem.

Main retail store of the worldwide leading brand of the same name. They have a good internal exposure and, in front, also a fair display of barbecue, and other related items. The stoves and fireplaces for the house are very nice, they have a high efficiency but the prices are a little expensive. Availability of dedicated parking spaces, even for the disabled.
