Very good friendly and find a solution to everything. They are great professionals.
I highly recommend
Exquisite and helpful people, I went in search of help and they listened to me and advised me well beyond their duty.
I strongly advise against this café. If you call, the answerer handles both the calls and the customers at the counter and often gets confused, or answers badly, saying, for example, not to waste time that so many people have. Emails are not replied to by iter. I went to open a file and they kicked me out because they asked me again for documents that they already have on file. They told me that they are not required to take documents that have already been filed, but that I had to go home and come back for the same thing the next week. Instead of helping people they make things more difficult for them. The beauty is that they didn't want it because it is already in the archive. Well nice consistency !!! In addition, speaking, I raised the problem of how Italians should be treated like immigrants and that they should not be thrown into the street while funds are allocated for foreigners to pay for hotels and so on. They all jumped on me and told me not to allow me that foreigners also work there. I replied that I was not interested in color and / or race but that if we fight for equality things must be at least the same for everyone. Certainly, the Italians should not be the ones who lose out to welcome people from outside. But here the question is always one: where does the state's money go? In short, my experience is that they treat people a lot per kg. because they need so many people then they can also treat you without any respect, they are always right. However, they decide who is right even if it is not so ... and if they want not happy they will throw you out and tell you to go elsewhere. They are counting on the fact that they will always have customers anyway and therefore they can also afford to treat people in this way. I invite those who write reviews to write the truth not to write things that do not correspond to reality because you have to keep them good in order to try to be treated better than others! I add this to the owner's answer: if you make no difference what reason is there to verify my pseudonym? Didn't you say you don't differentiate between Italians etc ...!? First chase people away, then to save face you say they are welcome. If I write certain things it is my personal experience and I have no reason to write one thing for another nor am I obliged to declare my name and surname publicly. Yours are only excuses to hide your behavior, my review remains as it is because it is true and without a doubt I will not set foot from you much, very, very willingly !!!
We had been here last year for unemployment, made an appointment, very competent and quick. I come back after a year to call them for practices for my employees, in a period of total confusion, closed offices, very long waiting times, they have always been kind, clear, available and have processed my practices within a day. .. I have read that some have found themselves bad ... There is always to understand that everyone is working .... Maybe before criticizing you should put yourself on the other side ... I recommend it ...
As always available and competent, I had an appointment, the timetable was respected punctually, the practice was processed without problems thanks to the information received during the appointment booking phase.
I have to thank the staff because for my mistake I missed the previous appointment and I was allowed to recover with a new close call.
I recommend it for schedules, kindness, competence and availability of staff.
