A few months ago I had a sports medical examination here. Online booking is very convenient and I hardly had to wait even 5 minutes for the visit. The costs are low and the staff are prepared and available.

Clean and organized sports medicine study. I have frequented him for several years for the medical certificates required for the various sports activities of my children. The visits are accurate and detailed. The medical and administrative staff are very nice and helpful. Excellent online booking service.

Competent and available doctors, even if spirometry and postural examination (which instead is written online is written), kind secretaries, but at the management level total lack of transparency in communication. DO NOT pay online: on the site it is written that the visit costs 45 euros, but that if you pay online the cost is 40, when instead paying on site the cost is 38 euros! Explanation? 38 euro pays those who have an agreement, otherwise it is 45. On the site this information of the agreement is not written ANYWHERE! Poor transparency towards users. If it were specified, nobody would pay online anymore. It is certain that you do not "die" for 2 euros, but it is a question of correctness of information that is a duty to give to users. I came back this year for the second time, but it will be the last, also given the arrogance shown when I reported the thing (after all, when you are in difficulty, you climb on the mirrors ...). Furthermore, In response to the owner's response (read below): the arrogance to which I refer is linked to his underlining, during the phone call, several times, that I was making a question "for 2 euros", instead of merely acknowledging your fault and apologizing for the inconvenience, an apology that have happened. I'm sorry, but I don't use the internet as a "vent", simply as you feel free to defend yourself and express your judgment, I do the same by highlighting things that, moreover, I had already said on the phone. Having said that, thank goodness that we live in a free country, because I freely choose not to be your customer anymore. Sincerely. Last answer: The use of terms is as important as the behavior and criticism management methods, especially if constructive. It 's true, I did not do positive reviews last year, but I still reported your structure to acquaintances / friends, so I still advertised it positively. I don't want to "punish" or discredit anyone, I simply expressed my opinion, being free to do so. On the other hand, why are you so concerned about a negative review? as in all things, there are pros and cons, and I, at the beginning of my review, highlighted the aspects that I found positive. It would be nice to always receive compliments, but you have to know how to handle criticism too. A simple "sorry for the inconvenience" said in due time would have been enough, instead of doing them after I highlighted it and moreover continuing to make a response and reply. And as for the choice not to be your customer anymore, I'm not the only one to have written it, reading other reviews, but compared to the quantity of customers I imagine you have, I don't think you "tear your hair out".
