Unkindness of the owner at the time of the request to see the price of a beads in the catalog (limited edition) that then did not find .. The prices are these .. Dear lady, the problem is her hysterics if you solve them at home I only asked to see the price on the catalog, not being satisfied with her words, since the one I mentioned above was different. I wonder how sometimes some people allow themselves to be so irreverent with customers (not already personal but) in the store! Sometimes, and this is a hint to the employer, at times, a little 'more than the discipline of its staff or even just a little' respect for the customer would give greater prominence to the alleged prestige of brands sold, including the Dodo. All this to say that impertinence and rudeness never pay, especially if from this the only result obtained is the loss of the client.
