1 star because you can't give less. I bought a nice watch in 2015. After a year he has mechanical problems and I decide to bring it to them for repair. They tell me that in two months he will be ready and that they will call me for the withdrawal (decidedly high estimate but accepted anyway). After two abundant months I have no news and I decide to show up for news, it turns out that they have not sent it for repair and have forgotten it in the drawer. I leave it to them again for repair and they assure me that in two weeks it will be ready and they will call me for withdrawal. After two months I find the strength to go to ask again for news, having not received calls or messages about it. They say they have it repaired and balance the (salty) account. THE EVENING OF THE RETREAT THE MECHANICAL PROBLEM REPRESENTS. I will be ill-thinking but in my opinion they have not sent it for repair even the second time. Really excellent service - incompetent.
