I went to the jewelry store "Le Gru" to order the wedding rings (almost two months before the fateful day). The first time they were delivering me one of the two splintered faiths with a rather large furrow and visible to the naked eye. The second time (ie the week before the wedding itself) the faith reported in the engraving 2010 and not 2019 as the year of the marriage. Everything was fixed on Friday (the wedding rings I needed for Tuesday) after my outburst. I can strive to understand a first mistake even if they shouldn't be there, but phoning a customer to collect faiths (previously wrong) with a wrong incision is a symptom of a lack of professional reliability. Not to mention that twice in a row I had to leave Turin to go there and see in 1 second that the job was wrong (something that any of the orders could do before calling me for pickup). Personally I will never use them in their shop again and I urge them to pay more attention to these aspects.
