I first went to this shop in the Le Gru Shopping Center, looking for a certain type of earrings. I was served by Mrs. Maria Gabriella whom I thank very much because, in addition to immediately understanding what I wanted, she dedicated her time to me with patience and competence. When I need I will come back again, because the choice of products is very varied.

In addition to being an average jeweler, the shop assistant Gabriella, who served me was of an infinite rudeness, zero desire to work and degrading customer service. If it wasn't for the rush, I would have taken it and I would have gone without buying anything. Clumsy in the movements to show the articles, messy and not at all available to provide further details and information that I had to personally ask for. While I was trying on the necklace I requested and I was having difficulty closing it, she limited herself to leaning on the display windows to stare at me and to look around with a careless gaze. The purchase does not even go to the checkout but disappears without foresight. At the time of the bill, she does not even say the total but remained standing at the counter waiting for the money and with the tight product closed in one hand, then passing the latter through her hair! But where is the hygiene? I wonder if he cleaned it at least before putting it in the box. The item was also meant to be a gift but he didn't even ask me if I wanted to pack it, as any respectable jewelry should do. At the end of everything, he gives me the envelope 'throwing it' with total nonchalance on the counter. I take and I go bitter and shocked by this very bad experience. I hope they can change things for future other customers, and that the shop assistant is taught what it means to serve the customer and what attitude should be taken. I'm sorry but, if you could, I'd leave zero stars.

It does not seem to me that the quality of the products is excellent. About two months ago I purchased a pair of pearl earrings. After the first time I wore it, in one of the two I find the pearl detached. Since they are under warranty, I took them for repair. I picked them up and put them on and the same thing happened to me. Today I'm taking them back for repair. I do not think

Sconsigliatissimo. After buying in this jewelry a bracelet of the brosway at a distance of 20 days I break it, I take it as a guarantee and wait a month and a half before I get replaced with a new one .. After a week I break in the same place where I was broken that before ... very disappointed by them and I say that I think this model is faulty and I do not want to wait another two months for another bracelet that breaks me after a few days .. simply say to make me change with a another model of equal value .. but they answer me that it is not possible and I have to wait for the outcome of the guarantee .. but have passed another 40 days and still have not been heard .. it is normal to wait 120 days for a defective bracelet? Assistance to say the least from beginners.
