I have often bought Pandora jewelry and I must say that I had a great time here. Francesca followed me and was very kind and very professional. I don't understand the negative reviews. Obviously some customers forget that the orders are not robots. Pandora dear? Go somewhere else it is useless to complain.

I go into the shop with my mom to show her the charms I wanted to buy and convince her to buy a Pandora bracelet too. Not even the time to approach the window, a "saleswoman" comes to us and asks us if we needed it. I reply that we were taking a look and I would have called her as soon as I chose the charms for my mom. Not even time to finish the sentence, he stops me telling me that there were other people waiting outside (1 person) and that therefore we could not stand there looking at the windows, inviting me to take a catalog if I wanted to "just have a look" . That is, we weren't even in the shop for 3 minutes, I can understand everything, but it doesn't seem correct behavior. I also do work in contact with the public, and never in my shops, even during the pandemic, have I allowed myself to hunt someone like that. In principle I will not go into it anymore and people should learn to work or change jobs if they are unable to interact with customers.
