Very professional and very kind.
Horrible and rude lady. Never had such bad service at an information center in my entire life. She told me that people that come here are rich and they only do trekking when I asked about other possible activities.
Very unfriendly people in the tourist office. Not helpful. More interested in their computer. Got simple yes/no answers and then back on her computer. Great town, but needs to hire new staff for the Tourist Office!
We asked for advice where to go for via ferrata, but they couldn't help us at all. They only offer information for hikes (on a map that you have to buy). We had way better information at the snow service 1
