My experience was not a good one. I brought an iron with boiler twice but the problem was not solved in the least ... in the end I gave up !!

Gentle, very honest. Slightly slow in repairs. I had to call because the SMS system that warns me when it is ready has not arrived (ps I have taken to repair the same thing twice, the second time as a guarantee of the previous one, without any problem). In the end, the experience to be positively evaluated should only improve communication.

While the gentleman at the reception was kind and sympathetic, the attendant who repairs is very rude. I brought an iron with a boiler to repair and he immediately took it for granted that I had used anti-scale and generated the rupture, using aggressive and opinionated tone. After weeks of silence, I called to get news, the same clerk responded by saying that he was annoyed that he had already tried to call me (only once and never again). There I learned that the problem was the card, not me, look a bit, and the repair amounted to 90 euros (that iron, new, costs 109 ..). Bad personal experience, not recommended.

For Bosch replacement. Rude staff, not at all helpful, not very flexible. I will buy from other parts despite the "ok" price.

Competent and friendly people
