I called on Wednesday about a dishwasher failure, the operator, on the phone was very courteous and professional asking me what the problem is the model, in order to show up with everything you need. After taking my details he told me he would call me back to give me the appointment. He called me back in the evening to tell me that he would come by the next day between 9 and 11. At 9.05 he was here and at 9.45 he left. The very kind and professional operator also offered to exchange a few words with my child, answered all my doubts and was able to advise me in the best possible way to prevent the problem from happening again. At the end of the service he only asked me the cost of the call. I was sorry to read feedback completely opposite to mine. After various experiences I have discovered that, often, how we are treated is the answer to the way we place ourselves towards others. No, I'm neither a relative nor a friend, it was the first time I called them and I have never even been to their shop.
