Kentia is a place of pampering and relaxation that I have been attending since 1990. The legendary Lorella and her "girls" are professional and always smiling. The treatments are state of the art and the cosmetic products are of quality. The environment is clean, welcoming with the utmost attention and compliance with anti-Covid regulations. A pleasure to go there, a short moment of happiness.
From the post lockdown reopening I returned from kentia yesterday, very fearful as regards the protection measures from Covid ... But also on this Lorella and her collaborators confirmed the professionalism and competence that have always distinguished them and for which I have addressed to them for the first time 😊. I had my treatment in complete safety, I was politely instructed on how to protect and pampered despite the conditions being clearly particular. Kentia is always a guarantee! Go quiet 🔝🔝🔝🔝
I was very disappointed with the lack of professionalism. First of all for the covid rules not respected in a homogeneous way (only at the entrance). During a facial treatment, the operator lowered the mask several times, talking to me very close to the face which was uncovered for obvious reasons (lip contour epilation). At the cashier I paid in cash, which was quite expensive and I was given a completely blank receipt (without stamp or company data, without my data) and therefore useless for tax purposes! I will not return and I do not recommend it.
