Wanting to use them between April and May 2015, I contact the partner (with whom I had already had reports for other successful facial treatments). At the request of the lady who manages the beauty center, because she is overworked and disagrees with Groupon (her personal things !!!) she tells me to call back after the summer, so the coupon for her did not expire. I trusted (bad !!!!!!). I call in September and the lady sends me again. In December he tells me he does not have a calendar. And so on…. In March of this year after having contacted her several times (and not vice versa, as she says, also because her phone number has NEVER appeared in the call register of the mobile phone) she clearly tells me that the coupon has expired (and so far we got there me too !!!), that you did not redeem anything from Groupon (which in fact I verified in chat with disputes personnel) and that I naturally have no right to treatment. From this story I understand only that I lost my money (44.90 euros). Conclusion: if you don't want to advertise with Groupon or if you have a dispute with the same because, as the lady told me by phone, she was fed up with Groupon, DON'T PUT ANY OTHER PEOPLE IN THE MIDDLE OF MAKING YOU MISS MONEY. It was enough for me to say that he no longer intended to provide the service and I would be reimbursed for what I had paid. A tip: next time solve your problems with Groupon (with whom I continue my excellent relationship) or with whom for it, and avoid making these ugly figures !!!!

Dear Mr. Virginio Ferrari. I am sorry that you have reacted this way in life there are other priorities and more important than taking it this way for a coupon. It was enough only to better control the expiration date of the coupon without waiting for the last minute as I had accepted it the first time I would have done this too. Greetings Eleonora
