We stopped for refitting, we tried to use the card but the card was not accepted. Hierite 40 euros the viewer was so dark that it was impossible to read it. However, we selected pump 1 but did not supply petrol. I have complained to Eni and they are awaiting their checks. BE CAREFUL!

ILLEGAL SELF. PUMP WITHOUT SELECTION BUTTONS 5 and 20 EURO. DEFAULT marks € 100 if you use your credit card. DO NOT STOP are thieves !!!!

I lost € 20 and the machine did not issue any receipts, so even by calling the toll-free number I could not get a refund. On the phone they told me to photograph the offending pump, but even the photos were not served

I introduced € 20 but nothing was paid to me. The lack of delivery receipt has not even been issued.

Sunday 1/7/2018 at 18:00 I tried to refuel. The machine did not accept the ATM, so I put in a € 50 note and selected the pump. He did not supply the fuel, he did not issue the receipt, he did not return the 50 euros. I called the toll-free number and made the report. Until about 6:30 pm there was only one other customer who regularly made 30 € of fuel. I have written and phoned customer service several times and each time they have told me that the practice is in progress. Today they told me that the owner of the station is late in providing the data in his possession. I recommend everyone to stay away.
