Purchase made online, payment made in advance including shipping costs ... I specify that their courier has never delivered. I had to request my pickup by repaying the shipment that the mancini company had promised to return. What never happened. It is not a big amount but the seriousness ???

Absolutely bad experience
You know the Eta Beta stock exchange? In the same way, from the warehouse of Gruppo rappresentanze and of Mancini and Mancini things are not only found but mysteriously appear as you wanted and were looking for. Appropriate prices. Staff diligent and attentive to customer needs.
You can find everything, even the impossible or almost. The prices, if they seem a bit high to you, it's probably because you don't buy merchandise from Leroy Merlin… which can be worth the difference in the vast majority of cases.

The staff is super competent.
It is the third purchase I make from them.
I found hinges that I haven't found anywhere else so far.
They even sent me a variant of a product not included in the kit and they didn't even want the money.
