Great availability and courtesy of the Passport service. Competent and understanding staff. A true service to the citizen with an attitude to resolve difficulties rather than surrender. They went out of their way to resolve the difficulties associated with Covid-19.

In the last two weeks I had the opportunity to attend the Passport Office of the Pescara Police Headquarters where I found a staff not only professional and competent but, above all, welcoming, friendly and very patient with users, especially with those who have needed to resolve delicate bureaucratic situations. Kindness at the administrative counters is not always so widespread.
