04/06/2020 I update my previous review: thanks to the professionalism of Mr. Patrizio, the new manager of the business, we quickly solved the problem. I received the requested service and I am fully satisfied with the result thanks also to the skill of Antonella, a precious collaborator. My thoughts on the lack of professionalism of the old manager (active in the Velletri office) of the "take the money and run away" series remain unchanged First reviewed 3/6/2020 I was scammed because they made me pay in advance for a second treatment to be used within three months and then during the booking phase they tell me that the Rome office in via Radicondoli has changed the manager that no longer accepts the commitments made by the previous one . Zero professionalism.

I HAVE BOUGHT TWO COUPONS ... I TRIED TO CALL BUT THE FIXED NUMBER IS NON-EXISTING AND THE MOBILE PHONE IS ALWAYS UNRANGED !!! I ALSO SENT MESSENGER AND WHATSAPP MESSAGES BUT INUFFLE

Beautiful welcome, professionalism, comfortable environment, sunny and kind staff ... I went the first time in December for color, cut and fold and I had a great time ... initially they give you a consultation and immediately after, they can understand the color and the cut that best suits your face and your personality. I trust them and I'm back. Highly recommended !!

TRY TO SCAM PEOPLE! my experience was short (fortunately). I was simply interested in a coupon made available on groupon which declared that the days available to take advantage of the deal were from MAR TO SAT FROM 10 TO 18, I called to make an appointment and they answered me, in a more than RUDE way, that on Saturdays do not make appointments for those who book with the coupon formula. In addition, they tried to justify themselves by telling me that no hairdresser grants such a service: - 1 is absolutely not true - 2 professionalism is not trying to sell as many coupons as possible and then not allowing their use ... LET YOU LOSE
