Highly recommended! In December, my husband and I found a house we were interested in, and Camilla immediately gave us all the information we required and arranged for a viewing shortly after Christmas. She managed to find a date convenient for us (as we are from Austria and have to cover 1500 km to get here) and even a second viewing after our proposal had been accepted so we could get some more detail for our planning. The next step was arranging for a notary and a suitable date – not the easiest, because the owners live in Germany and had to travel to Lecce, too. Still, Camilla managed to get our ideal appointment for us, and everything went smoothly. Camilla has always gone out of her way to give us all the information and help we could have wanted and to arrage everything to our convenience. Even after finalising the contract, when her job officially ended, she has done her utmost to help us with those aspects which we as foreigner have found a bit challenging. Thus, we have managed to find and get the house of our dreams in just two months! You could not ask for more!

Highly recommended. They followed me step by step throughout the process. Federica then is a competent and precise girl and with a lot of patience. They also take on issues that may not be up to them. A fundamental aspect of these guys is that they know how to listen, understanding what your needs are but above all what your fears are in buying a house.
