Friendly and always helpful person if possible. Last year I had a serious problem with my Lancia Y which I then demolished (repair was not convenient) but Mr. Osvaldo tried everything to get me going again. Advice for technical preparation and honesty. Today I have to replace the muffler of the other car and I'm going to make an appointment (by Mr. Osvaldo of course)
