Tiny unassuming church.

A small church that is difficult to spot even if it faces the main street because it is set among the ancient buildings of the medieval village of San Leo. In fact, only the door that is different from the others facing the paved street is the only clue that makes it appear. Internally it is very cozy and brightly colored, it differs from the other two churches of San Leo. It would appear to be a recent construction but, like all buildings in the village, dates back to the 17th century. The paintings and sculptures are in good condition like the walls and the furnishings.

In 1640 the cliff of San Leo collapsed, overwhelming part of the ancient medieval village. In reconstructing the built-up area around Via Montefeltro (which led to the only remaining gate) the surviving population also built this church as a thank-you for the escaped danger. The oratory - renovated in 1800 - remains almost unnoticed compared to the Cathedral and the Pieve. It is currently closed to worship due to a short circuit that damaged the electrical system causing a small fire.
