The cashier gives me one euro and five in my hand which I put in the purse. I arrive home and I realize that the cashier had given me only the change in money, forgetting the € 10 .. I call the supermarket and a very nice guy answers me who passes me the manager, who after listening to me says I'm sorry but it's his word against that of the cashier, you say that it is right, but the strange thing is that he did not speak to the cashier, he immediately told me without mincing words that they had closed the cashier (at 16.00) and there was no extra money. I was offended by his hasty manner, without inquiring and without kindness towards a regular customer, known and respected by many employees. I will not go to this supermarket again. And with the 10 € I wish him to anginger them to 10,000 x to make a gift to their children at Christmas, because the pharmacies do not close (there is always the one on duty).

Dirty and with little qualified and almost non-existent staff. On the other hand they are kind as hostess. My judgment is to go there only when there are opportunities and get by on their own. Not suitable for those who can't buy if they don't have a list.

I don't think I'll go back but not very courteous but zero courteous apart from some unprofessional staff and I won't add anything else I don't think I'll go back
