The experience with Mr. Corrado was one of the most beautiful of our life: professional, courteous and tailored to our needs. On holiday in Sicily with my wife, he invited us to pick up some olives on his estate explaining with patience and in detail the process and then, under his guidance, we brought the olives in a mill of his confidence to make the 'oil and also' has explained everything in the smallest details; in the end, 'grand finale': picnic in its estate with fabulous local products such as cheese, sun-dried tomatoes in oil and red wine.
