If you are looking for a local food, you should come and visit this restaurant. They do have a high quality food with decent price. Totally not a tourist trap restaurant. We can tell that they are using a good ingredients for their food :) Very satisfied with all the food we ordered.

Disappointing. I'm on the verge between two and three stars but settled on three because while I wasn't happy with a few items on the menu at least the dinner was relatively cheap. We had an ok starter of peperone crusco (just sauteed in oil, nothing spectacular but pleasant) and "fave e cicoria" that I thought was a little bland. What was inexcusably bad were the two pasta dishes we ordered: massively overcooked, soggy as drenched in huge amounts of average quality sauce, and generally really unexciting. Massive portions for lovers of the genre, but for me that was an added minus: I prefer quality over quantity. Things went better with the wild boar stew I had as a second: while the meat wasn't as soft as I like these kinds of dishes, the sauce it was cooked in was fragrant and tasty. OK wine, OK service, really hot place despite the fresh October night outside.

A very bohemian restaurant with amazing decore. It is a hidden gem with delicious food and great atmosphere. It goes without saying, the pasta is amasing. A must visit place in Matera!
