A month in advance I book a laurel wreath for my girlfriend's graduation, plus a bouquet in combination. The request is very clear and simple, a classic base crown plus a few berries here and there to give a tone of color. The only clarification is NO ROSE. For the bouquet I had given the lady carte blanche, trusting in her experience and on what she normally does on these occasions. Arranged for collection the evening before graduation, I go to the store to make payment and collection. Kindly the lady immediately presents me the crown and asks me a few minutes for the bouquet as she wanted to prepare me something "fresh". While waiting, observing the crown, I realize that the only clarification (NO ROSE) had been completely ignored, I was faced with a beautiful crown of roses with sprinkles of laurel. Perfect for the F1 GP awards ceremony. Embarrassed, I wait for the bouquet, balance and leave. I honestly didn't feel like immediately contesting the work done. Daisy florist is a rare example of professionalism, kindness and creativity. Our friend and wedding planner contacted Daisy in February 2019 for the realization of our wedding which took place at Paillote on June 22nd. Right from the start Daisy, together with her mother, was extremely available to listen carefully to all our requests and to ensure that, thanks to her mastery and knowledge of materials, all our desires became reality. The result was an explosion of originality, freshness and sensational colors that gave magic and poetry to the most special day of our lives. Team Daisy, you were terrific !!!!!
