Bad .. They send me the message the day before, anticipating the delivery date scheduled for September 22 to September 15. I remain at home for the whole 15 September waiting for delivery, I call customer service and I am told that the driver had broken down and that he would have delivered the next day ... The same evening I am sent a text message confirming the delivery for September 15th, I call customer service and they confirm the delivery by providing me with the courier number ... at 6 pm still no delivery ... I call the courier and he tells me that the van is still broken and that he would have made me delivery for the 16th morning between 9 and 10 am ... still now it is 1.30 pm on the 16th morning and there is no trace of the courier, he does not answer the mobile phone ... The Customer Service also does not answer !!! Very little professionalism

Bad service, they are never punctual, having an activity, punctuality in the delivery of goods must be ensured. They even often send the delivery notice message AFTER they have already delivered it !!!!!! bad service
