After a visit made to my trusted urologist Dr. Debora Marchiori and found the need for a bladder stone removal, made the necessary requests, I was hospitalized with you on Tuesday 3 November and discharged today at about 12.00. I was operated on by Dr. Giuseppe Corrado assisted by Dr. Debora Marchiori and assisted in the ward by dr. A. Siciliani and by professionally adequate personnel endowed with courtesy and humanity and they gave me commendable treatment, almost sorry to go home. Sincerely thanks to everyone, I forgot to respect the Covid procedures to the maximum. Castellari Elio

excellent medical staff, the same cannot be said for part of the nursing body .... I was discharged and, shortly after, on the way back home, I started losing a lot of blood from the drainage hole ... I contacted the ward again and ready to go back, I was told that no it was their problem, to contact the surgeon, however out of office .... in the evening she was in the emergency room of my city, after having bled profusely for more than 7 hours, with repeated bandages and wraps during the trip, gross car, pressure drop, leg stuffed into nylon bags where the foot wallowed .... moral: dressings with tampons and antibiotic therapy, a week of daily remedies, prescription to stay in bed for 4 days, resulting in the inability to immediately start the physiotherapy path (I arrange with a private physiotherapist for passive mobilizations), collapse of blood values ​​and the need to have an assistants at home nte (at my expense) .... last but not least, while I was under observation, still wearing the clinic bracelet, the same contacted me telling me that she "forgot" to carry out the covid swab at the time of discharge, and who he was talking on the phone he was totally unaware of what was happening to me .... thank you dr. Perozzi and his collaborators who, throughout this ordeal, have tried to stop the situation with an unexpected medication at the medical center of Mestre, showing amazement at the treatment reserved for me by the clinic at this juncture, which clearly showed the inadequacy in making faced with the suppressed complication .... absolutely excellent part of the nursing body, but important exceptions which, in my humble opinion, have shown a certain superficiality in carrying out the role of their competence, pouring everything on the surgical team, which in fact does not made some mistake (it happens that the drainages can move or touch a small artery for a few millimeters, and this was also emphasized by the health workers who took care of me), but certainly the response of the structure that refused appeared rather inadequate to see me again, although I myself am willing to go back for a re-evaluation .... at the moment my d olors are attributable to all these inconveniences, while the surgically involved part does not show particular problems, even if the rehabilitation therapy remains open ... I hope that a job done well will not be affected by this unexpected event, and at the same time I ask for a revision of healthcare personnel, assessing the adequacy, preparation and quality of communication with the patient on a case by case basis

I would like to thank all the operators of the Internal Medicine department where I was hospitalized to treat bilateral pneumonia. In particular, my gratitude goes to the competence and empathy that Dr. Epifanio transmits to his patients. Many thanks also to the head nurse Michela who supported me with warm firmness in completing the treatments. The quality of the meals is good, while the management of internal visits by relatives needs to be improved, compatibly with Covid critical issues. Cristina Corradini
