I went there to their office after checking the website for some apartments for rent. I entered the office they were not smiling and welcoming and they sent me back again to check their the website lol. No obvious willing to help and I did not see any professionalism. They did not even offer me to put my name in the waiting list! I do not recommend this agency at all. there are others who are very welcoming and professional

Bad. After our EXPRESS REQUEST for transitional rent, needed for 8 months, we are told that they should have heard from the owner. The appointment is confirmed by them for Bologna (who have come specifically). Today, ONE HOUR earlier we are called saying that it is not possible to do the transitional and if we are interested it is necessary to make a standard contract, leave earlier, but still pay the remaining rent. REPLY TO THE AGENCY THAT KINDLY REPLY TO MY REVIEW: The problem is not that your agency does not deal with this type of rental, the problem is that you should have not made the appointment and checked with CERTAINLY with the owner well before an hour in advance, as people move to come to the appointments. This is why I believe that criticism of your professionalism is legitimate. Friendly.

I can't help but leave a very positive opinion on this agency that followed me from start to finish in the purchase of my first home! In particular, I thank Manuel for his professionalism, seriousness and availability, in a word a professional! They were the best hands after mine !! Congratulations ... highly recommended!

We ask to visit a rented house, they tell us that they call us back, but they don't, so we call them again 2 times. Finally at the third time, the almost annoyed lady, fixes the appointment for us. Upon inspection of the plan, the apartment is smaller (at least 10sqm less) than advertised. We decide to take it anyway, but returned to the agency, the lady says she must "check". It makes us wait a long time, then tells us that there has been a "mistake" and the price is actually considerably higher. Very unprofessional, they make people waste time with their bales.

The agency is managed by a very unprofessional lady and operates visits to the properties only once a week and group visits only. I pointed out that this behavior is unprofessional and of little value for the customer, I was told that for the crown virus they had to reduce visits and bring customers together. So does this lady remedy the virus crown by making fewer visits and bringing more people together? You decide if she is stupid or simply a liar. Obviously the property being viewed was very disappointing, poorly described, and a complete waste of time. Better to avoid this agency and contact other operators in the sector.
