I am very angry and disappointed with the service. Several times I have withdrawn the garments noticing problems .. last dress (expensive) worn and collected the same, with the same wrinkled folds. I'm not taking anything back to that laundry

Not always courteous. Not organized at all. I have been asked several times to pay with the ATM figures below 10 euros because they did not have the rest, especially just opened in the morning. Often the opening hours displayed were not respected, leaving customers waiting on the street. In recent times, they have changed the same times several times, forcing numerous empty visits. Requesting a professional ironing was a losing battle ..... the only advantage was the extreme proximity to home. Now that service point has been closed. sconsigliatissima

The service is poor. Post covid unjustified increase in everything (e.g. shirt +50 cents). I wish you don't happen while they are uploading the items, they send you away without allowing you to withdraw.

Withdrawn slightly damaged duvet but both the owner and the girl at the counter proved to be largely collaborative. I left satisfied and compensated!
