I have to thank everyone especially Carmen who, from the beginning to the end of my trip, helped me to go home in full Covid emergency and therefore a not at all easy period. I left Milan on February 28 to arrive in Thailand to Phuket and return to Rome on March 29. Horrified because it was my first trip down alone, the girls of 'agency have calmed and reassured me that everything would be fine and they did. Do not thank you enough for the help given. If it weren't for them I would probably still be stuck there, alone, with no certainty. My return was the hardest part of the holiday and when on the 24th they started to close everything in Thailand for the red zone it was a race against time to secure a flight that was punctually found and canceled immediately afterwards. With patience, Carmen contacted me every day reassuring me that she was in every way trying to get me back home. On the 26th I returned to Italy with Qatar. I could not have hoped for better. And I owe this to them but above all to Carmen who endured me and gave me courage. I would definitely recommend this agency and I will definitely come back to travel with them as soon as possible. You are the best.
