I state that I decided to write to the second non-positive experience in this shop, unfortunately one of the few in Reggio. I have guitars for several thousand euros, bought and in various Italian and non-Italian shops. I have always preferred to buy in the store rather than online, just to be able to try the instrument calmly, to discuss with the shopkeeper and have the time to "fall in love" with what I am going to buy. Well: I had seen a PRS in the window (guitar that I have long wanted to buy) and I specially brought with me a friend who has 4 to give me some advice. I kindly asked to try one but the guy behind the counter angrily replied something like "if you want to try one it's to buy, if it's a habit you don't try anything". I'm forty and 10 guitars (I'm talking about real guitars, not toys) and NEVER have I found such unpleasant and unprofessional staff. Obviously the type has an eye for customers and knows how to quickly take advantage of the opportunities for profit .. we turned the heel and left. Heartfelt congratulations, I'll go and spend my three thousand at the good Tomassone. Attention, last year I had brought a guitar to always set up at this shop. Never seen such a poor setting (they fried 4 strings out of six, excellent average I would say). Professionalism does not seem to be the case at Guitar Shop. Too bad because they would also be provided.
