it is located in Pergola in the homonymous wide and is adjacent to the former Convent of the Augustinian Sisters, where the Museum of the Gilded Bronzes and the City of Pergola is housed. Contemporary to the construction of the city (14th - 15th centuries), it was completely transformed in the 18th century. The original features of the north façade are preserved, with its fine portal with pointed arch, and the west façade, with trefoil arched windows and a similar portal surmounted by a stone tile with Christ blessing and the four Evangelists. Inside, with a single nave, is a polyptych attributed to Gerolamo Nardini (early XVI century) from which the five central panels (replaced by nineteenth-century paintings) were removed in 1811, now in the Pinacoteca di Brera. The "Trasfigurazione" by Claudio Ridolfi and also a wooden crucifix (14th-15th centuries) stand out on the left altar. On one wall we can see part of a fresco depicting the Crucifixion, probably from the Marchigiana School of the early 16th century.
