Contemporary to the construction of the city, it was built by the monks of Fonte Avellana and then restored and raised during the century. XVI. It has a beautiful sandstone portal with very worn geomatic designs. The bell tower rebuilt in 1927, with the function of a civic tower, has falsely Gothic elements. The interior, with a hall with numerous wooden decorations, perhaps the work of local workers, contains numerous paintings including some important masterpieces: the main altarpiece with the Virgin between Sant'Andrea and Sant'Ubaldo by Jacopo Palma the younger (1616 ca.), the Marriage of Santa Caterina d'Alessandria by Claudio Ridolfi (1570-1644). Also noteworthy is the ancient baptismal font completed and embellished in 1690 by the Bolognese stucco artist Giuseppe Grossi.
