It is the oldest church in Pergola, founded in the first decade of the 11th century by San Romualdo. Deconsecrated, it is now used as an Auditorium. The rigorous pointed portal and a few other elements visible in the central part of the facade remain of the original Romanesque-Gothic construction, modified in 1831 according to the canons of neoclassicism. The interior preserves altars in gilded wood and stucco. Worth noting is the canvas depicting "S. Carlo Borromeo in adoration", a notable work by Claudio Ridolfi and the "Madonna del Rosario" from the Venetian School of the seventeenth century.
