When asked for cartridges for my aquarium (which should have been full weeks ago), he replied very badly, impatient by my request. I recommend CLOSING if you do not want to work! I used them for comfort, given the convenient location inside a shopping mall. From now on they will not even see my shadow. I have always continued to buy despite the fish that were sold to me, died a maximum of two days later. Today, I went there again to buy another fish cleaner (since the snail bought two days ago, bought in the evening and found dead in the morning, lasted STRANAMENTE from Christmas to St. Stefano!) And I also hear my voice and treat badly the request of a spare NECESSARY for the welfare of the fish !!!! And cleaning, something that does not exist in there. Maybe that's why they do not even keep the spare parts of an aquarium that THEY SAME have sold me! Do some more maneuvering on a more uncomfortable road maybe, but do not rely on them!
