Norcineria Mariotti

During our stay in Norcia last August, we stayed at this Norcineria. Very welcoming staff, they know how to advise and the products are FANTASTIC. Superlative lentils, nothing to do with the "standard" ones. Highly recommended, I will also take advantage of the possibility of ordering online very soon for the Christmas period

Absolutely not recommended. We took a piece of raw ham which turned out to be so salty that we had to throw it away. Then we got a truffle sauce which was bad even the one with yeast flavor which covered everything. Since they are also expensive, I recommend that you go elsewhere.

Traveling around the region we had the pleasure of stopping on Saturday 19th and making purchases which, being on a motorbike, we had sent: already on Tuesday 22nd we see them delivered, perfect and integrated with a kind gift from Mrs. served us flawlessly.

There are no words to describe the goodness of their meats and cheeses. After all we are in Norcia.
