Overcrowded, not a place to sit. Organic cornetto but no vegan ones.

I was at Natoo yesterday in the late morning, a rather crowded Sunday! Prices are moderate, a coffee and a croissant € 2.60! A truly efficient professional and extremely kind all-female staff .. A rare thing to find behind a counter! I travel often for work and therefore I think it will become a fixed stop! 🔝

Quick lunch this afternoon with an excellent sandwich, a good Ichnusa and above all a very particular Smothie recommended by the kind and proactive bartender. If I go back from there I go back for sure! Thank you

Service that leaves much to be desired! We order a juice, but due to health problems we ask for it without citrus (without oranges). We are ready to pay the price of the juice, ORANGE INCLUDED, but when we ask to make this juice we are told "it is not possible". It is apparently compulsory to take one of the juices presented. In light of the price, adapting to the customer is the least of things. Removing a single fruit from the juice and receiving the money from the full juice shouldn't be a problem, but apparently here it is. When we make the point that it is silly not to want to make this juice without citrus it is clear that we strongly annoy the cashier. However, her colleague who was in charge of preparing the drinks was pleasant. We will never be back.
