At Cagliari airport, we have had a problem with a product, and beyond offering us a solution, saleswoman Martina S has treated us very badly. The person in charge of solving the problem had to come because she did not want to do it.

After paying € 6.20 for a sandwich from LAVAZZA when I went to eat it and saw that the bread was wet, I went to ask if they could change the sandwich for another. Martina S. attended me in bad ways without offering me a solution and laughing with her partner. The manager came out and offered to change my bread, thanks to him I could eat something in conditions at the price of gold.
