I wanted to point out that on Friday 11 December when I introduce myself for a simple oral hygiene session, I discover that my appointment taken a week earlier was canceled due to a human error on the part of the secretary, for heaven's sake it is tolerable on my part, at all a remedy would be found! Instead, I did not tolerate indisposition in resolving the situation, but not on the side of the reception. The appointment was for 17:00, I was asked if I was available by 18:50, after saying yes, the "doctor" did not confirm her availability, they proposed me on Saturday morning but unfortunately I had a commitment very important family member. I left the studio without a solution and with the promise to be contacted again, today is Wednesday the 16th and I think I ended up in oblivion. Sin! That said, I hope my report has a constructive purpose. M. Card
