It was not wanted to insert a single star but sometimes on the phone it doesn't take the ones I actually want to indicate. At this point I also write a review. The staff is always courteous and prepared. They intervene as soon as possible for every need, also based on the problem and its severity.

AWFUL! Totally incompetent staff that has knowledge of the goods they sell, that has a really limited knowledge of the technology and that, at the request of specific products, not having available what is asked of them, tries to trim alternatives (products at random) that to said they should be compatible (in order to sell something and earn the unjust profit), and that in reality they prove to be non-functional because, in fact, they are not compatible. Chinese goods, of Chinese quality, which after 2 days stops working and which is sold at full price for quality goods. In this place it is worthwhile to buy only stuff of famous brands such as telephones or household appliances (clearly at an inexpensive price) because on this type of goods you are not mistaken: It is the standard one that everyone sells and of guaranteed origin (being, of course, famous brands ); But don't make the mistake of buying mice, headphones, sd adapters or any other electronic objects, because it's all bad Chinese quality stuff that gets damaged after an hour (tested by direct experience)
