Really great setup service, Mirko the guy who set up the washer and dryer for us was fast, knowledgeable, efficient and kind. The installation was quick and with full compliance with the precautions required by the COVID situation. I very much appreciated that he cleaned up after the installation. I give it 4 stars and not 5 because having waited almost a month (purchase made by Unieuro) to receive the order, it was difficult to talk to customer service and get explanations on the matter. On the other hand Mirko gave us more information on the items than the seller did.

Questionable professionalism. On November 12 I received the refrigerator and TV (the refrigerator was damaged and then returned) and I requested an invoice for the transport service. The courier, therefore, wrote on the commercial receipt "invoice request" and my email; moreover, he would have verbally communicated it to the administration who never sent me any invoices (I also checked the junk mail). At the time of the next delivery of the second refrigerator, I requested the invoice again and the courier told me that he would ask the administration again. Not receiving anything by e-mail, I called the number of the store and was told that I would be contacted. Not hearing anyone, I even sent an email with high priority but the consideration towards me was zero. Now 3 weeks have passed and I am afraid that the invoice, which I necessarily needed, will not arrive. Ignoring such a simple request from a customer in this way, especially a request of a certain type, is by no means an indication of high professionalism. I am very embittered.

On Monday I received the delivery of dishwasher, refrigerator, oven and hob. I could immediately notice the punctual and very professional service in fact took them on 2 floors of a spiral staircase with a lot of patience and attention and always with the mask. The recessed installation was not easy due to the slightly dated furniture, but Marco's spirit of initiative and Carlo's friendliness made it possible. I also very much appreciated the advice for the correct use, cleaning and maintenance of appliances.

Excellent service center, professional and attentive staff. They solved the problem with my washing machine and despite being from Rosignano (I live in Piombino), I still paid the cost of the intervention alone. Recommended.
