The furniture can also be beautiful, but customers do not seem to care much about it! I purchased a Karol Midì bathroom cabinet, and I inadvertently ruined a door about a year after it was purchased. Asked for the replacement of the door, they send me a replacement (paid handsomely) in a totally different color from the one I purchased. I write about what happened and they reply verbatim that "the color is now" .... as if 10 years had passed. In addition, they tell me that if I send my door to them, besides not replacing the one they sent me wrong, they would try to repaint it in the most similar color possible (obviously paying another € 100). At this point, given their insecurity, I decide not to go any further because obviously in the face of all these economic demands, they do not provide any guarantee on the result. I decide to write an e-mail of complaints to several company managers who, as expected, have never provided any answer even as a reminder. At this point, evaluate yourself if it is worth spending all this money on bathroom furniture which, if for any reason you require assistance, this is the recognition of the company to your trust .... you can spend less and be considered more by more serious but more modest companies.
