They sold me a smartwatch, they didn't know how to explain the various functions and when I got home I discovered that the Italian language could not be set (which is absurd since we are in Italy). When I went to change it, they also told me that I had to be the one to ask if the Italian language could be set. Nothing to complain about who is at the checkout, very kind and helpful, but for some clerks I just say zero professionalism and courtesy.
