Very good service
Very well stocked jewelery with prestigious brands, very kind staff to recommend
A very bad experience I will never set foot in this place again, with regret because my family has been going there for years, always very personal (with the ladies), but unfortunately I had to change my mind because of the clerk with the glasses who seemed not he wanted us to buy, in fact at first at my request for a gold ring with the stones he said he did not have it, when then there were several under the counter, anyway I pretended nothing went on, although he visibly annoyed clinked with fingers on the counter (annoyed), I chose my ring of not excessive value but I think that with the times that go by spending 400 € is not for everyone, but having chosen, I had to pay only, and tighten the ring ... ..at the request to tighten the ring, the clerk exclaimed saying that it was being talked about for Epiphany, which was not mentioned before, otherwise he would have to order it to my size but that he would arrive in February .... moral of the fairy tale I left, thanks to the good manners of the shop assistant, you can see that I was not nice to the shop assistant who did everything to keep me from buying the ring .... great professionalism on his part ....
