To make the health card you need a photocopy of an identity document; photocopies in the office cannot be obtained, even for a fee; the photocopying shop is still closed at 9:15. Will be for another time.

I was in this agency for my child's health card. Staff very efficient and polite and prepared.

Out of four branches, only two receive the public. So many people and so much disservice. Without control and without any responsibility. Is it the fault of politics?
