I bought some Christmas lights for outdoors at a cost of 20 euros. Assembled in mid-November, turned on to verify that they worked. Everything ok so far. The first week of December I turn them back on, after 3 days they turn off and no longer work. Obviously, given the time passed, unfortunately I threw away the box and receipt. I returned to the shop and there was no interest on the part of the seller in compensating for the purchase made. Even offering me a discount or whatever. In theory, I am wrong because the law is clear, you need a receipt. But the customer should always be helped especially if you have sold something bad and you are aware of it. That said, they lost an excellent customer who spent a lot of money at this store every week. Customers must also be loyal Good work and happy holidays
