I brought the question of unemployment last year. After sending the practices INPS the next month I need some clarification and I sent an email but I have not received a response. When I went in person told me they no longer followed my practice and go to a studio with which they collaborate in via Cigna (across town). Apart from the the distance but communicate it? Very little serious! The other week I went to ask about the ISEE and they told me that they only follow their customers. I don't know if it can be done but I deduce that they have too much work and those who don't pay are not followed. Maybe writing of their approach with customers "lighten" them a little 'and the next time they see to use a little' more courtesy and professionalism to possible customers.
