Friendly, friendly and fast staff .. Too fast because the employees rush to serve everyone and as soon as possible but it is not correct because it is nothing short of inhumane and the owners should put a hand on their conscience that to hire fewer staff they leave only one person behind the counter with all those people who if they had to escape the pee they could not even go to the bathroom and as much as they run and put very good will into it they cannot guarantee good customer service with all those people to serve clearing clean baking etc etc. .. in my opinion shifts should be done with at least two people behind the counter per shift since there is a lot of work ..

Discreet bread, personal sometimes a little absent, but what keeps me from going there, especially in the hot period, is the freezer temperature inside. It makes no sense and can make those arriving hot and sweaty from the outside sick.

It could be a great bakery if it weren't for the employees who are subjected to a really stressful pace of work, during peak hours only one person who, while running and putting himself in good will, cannot quickly satisfy all the customers, especially those who may have just a short break before returning to work. A note of merit to the employees who continue to work in these conditions while the note of demerit to the owners is not able to manage schedules and personnel at its best !!!!

Horrible experience tonight with 2 girls at the counter taken to do the closing cleaning. Released after 20 minutes. waiting. for a glass of white wine and a crodino.
