Be wary of such a shop. I went to this shop this morning to use the mobility bonus. I had no big claims because I knew that city bikes are very difficult to find these days. Obviously they had nothing available that would interest me. They tell me that it is possible to order the bike I am interested in, after calling the supplier, but that it is available around April / May. Ok perfect, I like the bike (about 900 euros), I'm willing to pay it in full by deducting the bonus and having it next year. They do the bonus procedure, issue an invoice .. and here the salesman / owner (?) Inserts a nice question mark on the invoice telling me that he doesn't know when the bike will be available. I comment by saying "okay, there is no problem waiting until the summer eventually, maximum until the end of 2021". And he tells me that you can't even know if I'll have the bike in two years and they certainly won't refund it. Are you kidding me? Apart from the fact that I don't think it's even legal to invoice in full on a bike you don't have in stock. Anyway, I ripped the invoice saying that if these were the conditions I could leave. Education is everything for me, I will certainly never set foot in a genre shop again.

I have passed by them several times, even if I have never bought, they have always been very kind and helpful, maybe this will be the right time for a purchase. Each time they provided me with precise information and gave advice that aimed more at proposing the right product for my needs, without looking for a sale at any cost. The prices seem to me in line with the quality of the products offered, ranging from simple city bikes to high-end MTBs and races, and there is no shortage of electric ones. If you need to buy a medium-level bike, I recommend you invest some time and take a ride with them too. As far as I understand they also have a mechanic always present on site.
