I would say that one star is too much, we were followed by Dr. Visentin, after which she disappeared and no longer responds to phone calls, my mother will have to have her followed by another doctor, it was enough to speak clearly if she didn't feel more like following my mother. Too bad we are not the only ones to have had this problem with the same doctor

The CSM of c.so Toscana is excellent. All the staff, from doctors to various operators are trained and polite. The only negative note that I consider serious: sometimes you cannot speak briefly with your psychiatrist even after a week of repeated phone calls
